Blue Mango Learning Systems

Blue Mango Learning Systems consists of Greg and Trevor DeVore (yes, we are brothers). We are located in McLean, Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC. Since 2003 we have been creating e-learning solutions for medical device manufactures such as GE, Philips and Siemens. ScreenSteps grew out of a need we had to quickly create and update documentation.

Greg DeVore comes from a somewhat unorthodox background, with a degree in Music Composition and Film Scoring from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. After several years working in the film music industry in Los Angeles, he partnered with Trevor to form Blue Mango. Greg’s extensive experience with media technologies as well as his background in developing creative solutions to problems have helped drive Blue Mango’s innovative solutions. Greg is the CEO of Blue Mango Learning Systems and also handles the bulk of the development for ScreenSteps Live.

Trevor DeVore is the primary developer of all desktop applications produced by Blue Mango Learning Systems, deploying desktop applications for both Windows and Macintosh. Prior to forming Blue Mango Learning Systems, Trevor had many years of experience programming interactive training solutions using technologies such as Director, Flash, Authorware, PHP, SQL Databases, QuickTime and other multimedia authoring environments. Trevor's use of data driven models to create media-based applications forms the basis of all of Blue Mango's applications.
