Q: What if I purchased ScreenSteps? Where do I download it?
A: Right here. The demo download and the purchased version are the same. All you need to do is select Enter Registration Number from the Help menu. Once you enter the Registration Number ScreenSteps will be activated.
Q: Does ScreenSteps work on Mac and Windows?
A: Yes.
Q: Do I have to purchase a separate license key for the Mac and Windows versions?
A: No. License keys are given on a per-user basis. If you work on both a Mac and Windows system the same license key will work on both versions of ScreenSteps.
Q: Are updates free?
A: If you purchased ScreenSteps 1.x then the upgrade to version 2.0 is a paid upgrade. All 2.x updates are free for any user with a 2.x serial number. You can see upgrade pricing for ScreenSteps 2 here.
Q: What is difference between ScreenSteps Free, Standard and Pro?

Q: What hapened to ScreenSteps Docs?
A: ScreenSteps Docs is now part of ScreenSteps Pro. It has been integrated into the main ScreenSteps application.
