Phase 1
Employees watch 2-10 minute self-paced courses or presentations focused on a specific aspect of an employee's job (such as billing, or patient scheduling).

Employees are introduced to knowledge base digital guides, such as articles, checklists, or troubleshooting guides, that they will use to perform specific tasks on the job.
Phase 3
Utilizing the digital guides, employees take on real-life scenarios related to the topic covered in the foundational course.
