Yes, you can pay for ScreenSteps monthly. We have both monthly plans and annual plans. If you pay annually, you could save up to 16% on your subscription.

We accept credit card payments, ACH, wire transfers, and check payments.
Monthly subscriptions must be paid with a credit card that is auto-billed each month.
Yes, but only for annual subscriptions.
You can upgrade your plan at any time. You will receive a prorated credit for any unused portion of your subscription which will be applied to your upgraded subscription.
You can only downgrade your subscription at the time of your subscription renewal.
Yes. ScreenSteps is a SOC 2 Service Organization. Contact us if you have questions or require more details about our SOC 2 certification.
You can cancel your account at any time, but we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of your subscription. To cancel your account, you just need to login to the billing area of the ScreenSteps application and select the cancel option.
At the end of your free trial, your content will be kept on our servers for 90 days. If you choose to activate your subscription before those 90 days are up, you will have access to all of the content you created during the trial.
If you cancel your account, your content will also be kept for 90 days and then deleted from our servers.
If you are canceling your account, you can download your content as PDF files or use our API to export your content as HTML files that you can use to migrate your content to a different service.
ScreenSteps is primarily designed for teams. We do not offer a single user license.
We do not offer a desktop-only version of ScreenSteps. It is only available as a cloud service.
